What this website collects

When you use the contact form, you send your name, email address, optionally your company, the type of project and your message.

The website does not use cookies and does not track visitors. Your language choice (English or Dutch) is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so no third party sees your visit through them. The hosting provider (Netlify) keeps technical server logs for security and to keep the site running.

Why

Your details are used only to answer your message and, if you want, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6.1.b).

Who else sees your data

Form messages are stored with Netlify, Inc. (United States), the hosting provider of this website, which processes them on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long

Messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. If your message leads to a project, the data is kept as long as needed for that project and for legal accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Send an email to the address above and you get an answer within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
